This gyoza is hand-made and easy to cook at home.
1 Boil gyoza for 4 mins.
2 Drain water from the pan.
3 Pour oil and fry gyoza.
That's it!
This gyoza contains a lot of locally-produced cabbage, meat and garlic. Nobody can NOT copy this well-balanced center.
The skins are thick, sticky and chewy, and when it is fried well, it is crispy like this↓I love this juicy gyoza!!! Yummy x 2!
During the summer time only, they produce shiso (Japanese basil) gyoza. If you are interested in this seasonal gyoza, please be in a hurry!!!!

WOWWW a glass of Sapporo beer !!! The best beer that I know. But we can't drink it in Europe. The best Sapporo beer isn't selling here......
