THE LAKE VIEW TOYA Nonokaze Resort （乃の風リゾート ） | Hot Spring Hotel | Lake Toya

We stayed at "THE LAKE VIEW TOYA Nonokaze Resort （乃の風リゾート ）" the other day.

This is a new hotel, and my guests and I were so excited!!

This is my room↓ I love it!

Look at Lake Toya （洞爺湖） from my room!! How beautiful it is!!!

Before eating dinner, I enjoyed hot spring first.
This is "Showanoyu （ザ・銭湯 昭和乃湯）", one of the hot spring areas in this hotel↓

Wow! Wow! Wow!
THIS is the public bath!!! Japanese public bath areas usually has a Mt. Fuji painting like this↓

The water contains a lot of minerals, making my skin more beautiful!!

 After taking hot spring, I relaxed at the massage chair for a while......

Let's go to the buffet restaurant for dinner!

The area has Japanese,

Western, and

Chinese food corners.

The sushi is very fresh!

The steak is being grilled in front of the guests.

I love local jumbo shrimps （牡丹海老）!!!

Clams （はまぐり） in the spaghetti  are also caught off this area!!

They serve a lot of kinds of desserts, and

fruits.......

I really enjoyed the buffet♪

Of course, I chose all of the desserts! Hahaha!

Next morning, I got up early and enjoyed another indoor hot spring area named "EZO FUJI".
The location is perfect!! Everybody in my tour was enjoying the hot spring and the lake at the same time. Time passes slowly here.

The open air hot spring here is my favorite.

We felt as if the hot spring is connected with the lake!!!

We returned to the buffet restaurant again for breakfast!

I really recommend this onigiri or rice ball. She makes each onigiri after she gets an order.

Everything including this mozzarella cheese is a local product!

Usually I don't eat ramen for breakfast, but I enjoyed it  here!

How delicious the fresh apple juice here! Apples are famous local products in this area! Actually I drank 5 glasses of apple juice this time!!!

How healthy it is!

Of course I enjoyed every kind of desserts and

fruits!

As the kind is different from the one for dinner, I chose everything!!!

I really want to come back to this hotel, if it's possible, with my guests of this tour. Actually I really miss them......

Sendoan （お食事処 仙堂庵）| Japanese Food | Lake Toya （洞爺湖）

As my guests wanted to eat Japanese food in Lake Toya area, I chose "Sendoan （お食事処 仙堂庵）"  for them.
The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of "Wakasaimo （わかさいも）", a famous sweet shop in Hokkaido.

Let's go upstairs!!

This restaurant is located by Lake Toya, and

we enjoyed the lake from our seat.

See!?
The location is perfect!!!

Some of my guests wanted to eat local dishes in Hokkaido, and some wanted to eat general Japanese dishes. Look at the menu↓ This restaurant can meet everybody's request!!!

I ordered a "Steamed Sea Urchin and Scallop Rice Set （特製うに・ほたて御膳）"↓
This area is famous for its scallops. Yummy x 2!!!

The rice below the seafood absorbed delicious seafood juice!!! I love it!!

One of my guests ordered a "Scallop and Salmon Roe Bowl （噴火湾ホタテといくら丼）"↓
The scallops are very fresh and very sweet!!!

We had a wonderful lunch time at this lake-view restaurant here!

Tankei （端渓）| Soba Restaurant | Windsor Hotel TOYA

Would you like to enjoy both delicious soba and beautiful scenery at the same time? If so, I recommend Tankei （端渓） in the Windsor Hotel TOYA （ウインザーホテル洞爺）.

Let's go to the 11th floor!

Go through the fancy but peaceful corridor,

you will find "Tankei （端渓）" on your right. Let's enter it!

I love this atmosphere, especially the large bamboo decorations on the table!!!

The beautiful scenery is one of the attractions here! How picturesque Lake Toya seen from the restaurant is!

I love it!

Would you like to drink sake? Don't worry about it! They have several kinds of sake like this↓

Actually sake really goes well with soba!!

They also serve several side dishes such as king crab tempura,

roasted duck and so on......

Today I ordered "cold soba noodles with horseradish and grated radish （蝦夷山わさびおろしそば）".

The wasabi (Japanese horseradish) is not normal one, but mountain one, which has distinctive aroma, and very tasty!!

The soba is thinner than typical ones. We really enjoyed the feeling of soba going down our throat!

Yummy x 2 in my tummy!

This is "Tenseiro soba （天せいろそば）" or a cold soba and tempra set.

Only seasonable vegetables and seafood are used for the tempra! Perfect!

How shiny the soba is!!!

We really enjoyed lunch today!!
