Chinese Kitchen Koka （中國厨房 広華）| Kucchan （倶知安）

After enjoying snowboarding in Niseko （ニセコ）, I dropped by "Chinese Kitchen Koka （中國厨房 広華）"

near JR Kucchan Station.

See? It's near the station.

 Hello!

As Niseko is a world-famous ski resort, menus in restaurants in this area are usually written in English and Japanese like this. Wonderful!

I ordered "Seafood Ramen Noodles （海鮮餡かけラーメン（塩味））", the most popular dish for lunch here.

The soup is clear, and tastes very seafood. I love it!

Hokkaido is famous for its seafood↓
We can enjoy ramen, a popular local food, and seafood at the same time! Perfect!

Noodles are flat like this, and go well with the thick starchy sauce. Yummy x 2!!

I'll be back here next year.
(The ski and snowboard season is about to fish in Hokkaido......)

Koushi Hanten （孔子餐店）| Chinese Restaurant | Sapporo

If you want to eat delicious Sichuan style tofu dish（四川麻婆豆腐） in Sapporo, I recommend "Koushi Hanten （孔子餐店）", located in front of Hokkaido University.

The cook and his wife are very friendly, and we can fully relax here! When you come here, please enjoy not only their dishes but also conversation with them!

They serve a lot of dishes, but the most recommendable one is "Sichuan style tofu dish（四川麻婆豆腐）"!  Yummy x 2!!!

Voila!!
It has a looooooooooooot of Sichuan pepper!!!

Please order rice so that you can enjoy it with this delicious and hot sauce!!!

It contains pieces of pepper shells and pepper itself!!! Hot! Hot! Hot! & Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!

I really enjoyed it on rice like! Perfect!

Broad bean chili paste （豆辣辛醤） is one of the keys to make the sauce very delicious!! 

They kindly served home-made jujubes （ナツメ） dessert for free! Thank you!
I really enjoyed conversation with them while eating this dessert and drinking jasmine tea!

If you like something hot to eat, I really recommend this Chinese restaurant!

Rozan （中華創食酒家 魯山）| Chinese Restaurant | Sapporo

As I came to Kiyota ward in Sapporo, I dropped by "Rozan （廬山）" to eat almond jelly （杏仁豆腐）!!!

Let's enter it!

When you come here, I recommend a mapo bowl, chow main (salt-slavor) and.............

almond jelly! They serve only 10 portions of almond jelly a day. Please be careful!

This is a mapo bowl!

You can eat it at 760 yen for the lunch hours! While I was eating it, I was thinking about today's dessert! How do I like their almond jelly??

As I was hungry, I also ordered seafood dumplings! Hahaha!

Voila!! This is my favorite!
This almond jelly is quite different from one served in other restaurants! It smells very almond, and tastes not too sweet!

Chinese Restaurant Hotei （中国料理 布袋） | Sapporo

I'm sure "Hotei （布袋）" serves the best zangi or fried chicken, in Sapporo! It is always packed with a lot of customers especially during the lunch time. Let's enter it!

I love this very cozy restaurant with very friendly staff! The owner used to work at Sapporo Grand Hotel as a cook! You can imagine how delicious the food he makes is!

This is the menu↓ Very reasonable, isn't it?? This is one of the reasons why this restaurant is very popular! Actually we can enjoy huge amount of delicious dishes at inexpensive prices in this restaurant!! Perfect, isn't it??

This mabo noodles or noodles with Sichuan style tofu is one of the popular dishes here↓

please add two kinds of very fragrant home-made Chili oil to it!

It really suits with beer!

Here comes zangi, or fried chicken, one of their recommendable dishes! It is very delicious and HUGE! I'll show you how HUGE it is!

I put my iPhone beside it.
See! It's very BIG! The dish has seven pieces of HUGE zangi and the price is only 530 yen! Unbelievable!!

One piece of zangi is as giant as an iPhone!!!

First, please enjoy zangi as it is. It's very crispy!!!
Next, please pour this special sauce over it!

You can enjoy 油淋鶏 or fried chicken with fragrant sauce!
I'm sure this zangi is the best in Sapporo!

We cannot stop drinking beer. Hahaha!

This is another specialty, mabo noodles or noodles with Sichuan style tofu! As a lot of sauce is on noodles, it is really difficult to find noodles first!

Please come here with your friends, and share the zangi and mabo noodles with them! I guess about 90% of their customers order these two dishes!

I really recommend this restaurant!

Kashiu （香州）| Chinese Restaurant | Sapporo

Kashiu （香州） is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, which serves delicious food, but not expensive. This restaurant is near Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and easy to find it!

One of my favorite dishes here is subgum chow mein or fried noodles （五目炒麺）, which has some big deep-fried prawns and a lot of vegetables!

I love this thickened soup on the noodles!! Yummy x 2!

We also ordered Gyoza （餃子） dumplings↓

Put it with a little bit mustard, dip it in the special sauce and

have a bit! I love this thick dumpling skins and juicy meat and vegetables inside! Usually this type of dumplings are fried in Japan! Unique, isn't it?

One of my friends ordered the dish among the chef's specials.

The dish comes with soup and Szechwan pickles.

This is fried prawns and celery with hot sauce. We really love this!!!!The prawns are big and nice texture!! This sauce is sweet, sour, but hot, too! perfect!!

We've found this poster in the restaurant↓　Hiyashi chuka （冷やし中華）or chilled Chinese noodles is served in summer time only. Let's order it!

Voila!!!
It has 12 ingredients on the noodles!

Hiyashi chuka is very popular in summer time! As it is cold, we can eat it well even when we don't have enough appetite!

Look at this! One of the ingredients is agar!

The restaurant has more than 100 dishes, some of which has pics and each of which has a number. Just point the pics or use the numbers when you order.
