Sapporo Ramen Enishiya (札幌らーめん縁や)| Shrimp Ramen Restaurant | Shinsapporo

Broth of Sapporo ramen is usually pork-based, but if you like shrimp-based broth, why don't you go to "Sapporo Ramen Enishiya (札幌らーめん縁や)" in Shinsapporo?

Let's enter it!
This ramen restaurant has won the second place in the "Naional Ramen Conpetition" sponsored by the Shinyokohama Ramen Museum. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?

When you come here, please try "ebi soba", or shrimp ramen!

I've found another attractive menu here! This is an "ojiya set" or a rice porridge set! We can make rice porridge with leftover of ramen soup! Of course, I ordered it! Hahaha!

Voila!
Here come "ebi soba" and  an "ojiya set"!

The shrimp soup is very thick!!!

This tender char siu is very appetizing!!!

The noodles are selectable; wavy ones or straight ones. I chose wavy one, which really suits with rich shrimp soup!

The shrimp flavor and red miso paste go well with each other. This ramen won the first place in the "2003 Ramen Cup", broadcasted by TV Tokyo.

After eating this delicious ramen, I enjoyed rice porridge! When I opened the lid,

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Why is the rice heart-shaped? Hahaha?

Please pour the leftover soup to a porridge pan, and simmer it for a while.

Mix egg with tempura flakes, and pour it over the rice. That's it!

Looks yummy x 2!!
Actually this is very yummy!!!

Do you want to try it? Please open your mouth! Hahaha!
The rice absorbs delicious shrimp juice and it is really recommendable♪
