Bar espana （バル エスパーニャ） | Spanish Bar | Sapporo

Sapporo has a lot of kinds of restaurants, such as Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Indonesian, Singaporean restaurants and so on.............
Today, I'll show you a Spanish bar in Susukino, the center of Sapporo!

This bar holds Espana live performances on Mon., Wed., Thu., & Sat., and has a wonderful atmosphere!

Look at these! I love oysters caught in Akkeshi, eastern part of Hokkaido! Yummy x 2!!!

First, we chose CAVA, sparkling wine!

These are today's specials, but

 we selected a full-course meal.

First, nine kinds of pinchos were served!
All of them are delicious, but I love Jamon Iberico, Iberico salami, dried tomatoes, and tuna botargo especially!

As their dishes are all delicious, I drank a lot like this↓
Vermouth & Beer

 Red wine & White wine

 Fuzzy navel & Rebujito (Spanish cocktail)

 Sangria (Spanish cocktail) & Dita grapefruit

 Sea breeze & Gladium (white wine)

I drank a lot, but that's OK! This is my birthday party!!!

■Three kinds of tapas
Escargot!!!

Prawns with a lot of olive oil and garlic!!
I love garlic.

And mushrooms with raw ham!!
Spanish tapas reminds me of the mushroom dish! Yummy x 2!

We also enjoyed the sauce with the bread!

■Poele (cod with sea urchin)
The cod and sea urchin were caught in Hokkaido and very delicious!

■Iberian Pork steak
Perfect! The meat is very juicy and the fat is very sweet!

■Squid ink Paella
The rice absorbs delicious seafood juice! I love it!

Last but not least, we enjoyed the dessert!

I love this delightful atmosphere and delicious food here!
