If you want to eat delicious souffle omelet in Sapporo, I recommend "THE DAY （ザ ディ）", which is located at the edge of Susukino↓

It works as a cafe restaurant from 11:30 - 17:00, and as a bar restaurant from 18:00 - 02:00. They serve very delicious meals and desserts, and it may be a good idea to drop by this place after drinking in Susukino area.

The building used to be an old warehouse, and was renovated as a fashionable space recently. I love this cozy atmosphere very much!

The lunch sets are really recommendable and delicious↓

But actually I came here today to eat souffle omelet. As they serve only 10 sets of souffle omelet a day, I arrived here as early as possible.......... Hahaha!

After they get an order, they start to make meringue. We have to wait for 15 - 20 minutes, but it's worth doing so.

Here comes HUGE and fluffy souffle omelet! Yummy x 2!!

It is also thick! Don't come here alone like me! It is too huge to eat up! Hahaha!

I'm sure this souffle omelet is one of the most recommendable desserts in Sapporo!
