Sapporo Ramen Sora （札幌らーめん空）| Ramen Restaurant | Sapporo

"Sapporo Ramen Sora （札幌らーめん空）" is a very popular ramen restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo. Usually there is a long cue in front of the restaurant, but now we can enjoy it in "Sapporo Ramen Kyowakoku (Kingdom)", a ramen theme park on the 10th floor of the ESTA commercial complex located next to the JR Sapporo Station.

Today we chose "Sapporo Ramen Sora （札幌らーめん空）"↓ Let's enter it!

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nostalgic. For example, some classical posters of Sapporo Beer are displayed on the wall.

They are famous for their miso ramen, but......

as a special ramen is available now, we ordered their gorgeous version of miso ramen! Actually this ramen theme park now has a winter event until the 29th of Feb, in which each restaurant serves its special ramen suirable for the winter time. If you're interested in this event, please be in a hurry!!!

First, we enjoyed "Sapporo Classic", a popular Sapporo beer available only in Hokkaido!

We also ordered beer snack set↓　The char siu is roasted over the fire.

Voila!
This is miso ramen with crab, served only this month! Looks very delicious, doesn't it?

Usually their char siu is thinly sliced, while the ones in this special ramen are cut in cubes. Yummy x 2!!

How brilliant it is! It contains some crab meat and crab paste whose delicious juice is mixed with the rich miso soup! Perfect!

The bamboo shoot in this restaurant is a little more finely cut than average ones.

I love half-boiled egg in ramen!

Not thick nor thin noodles go well with their tasty broth! I think this restaurant serves one of the richest ramen soup in this ramen theme park.

They use brand pork to make their rich broth, and roasted miso is added to it. Once you eat it, you can be "addictive" to their appetizing soup!

The ramen restaurants in this theme park are regularly changed. I'll show you their main restaurant in Susukino below.
