I ordered a salmon and Kitaakari (a brand potato) chowder set. Sounds very Hokkaido! Hokkaido is famous for its delicious salmon and high-quality potatoes!
Don't forget a dessert! How about kumquat tart? Kumquats are fruits in the winter time. I love something seasonable!
