They use noodles made by Kato Ramen （加藤ラーメン）, a ramen noodle maker in Asahikawa! Sounds very authentic Asahikawa ramen!!!
Let's enter it!
This ramen restaurant is so small with seats at a bar and a table that it is packed with a lot of ramen lovers during the lunch hours!
They serve four kinds of ramen, but when you come here, I recommend you to order soy sause flavored ramen!!!
This is Asahikawa ramen!
One of the toppings are char siu! After taking a order, they slice a lump of meat with a slicer. It is very big and thin!
I love noodles made by Kato ramen （加藤ラーメン）, whose water content is low, and easily absorbs delicious broth!!
The broth is very mild!
They simmer the broth for 10 hours with several ingredients; pork bone, seafood, chicken bone, dried horse mackerel, and onions. Yummy x 2!!!
I really recommend this ramen restaurant!
