I love this wonderful environment!!! It is surrounded by forests and a river!
I enjoyed a lunch time here with my friend!
They have their own farmland and are famous for delicious and rich vegetables!
■Spinach soup
They don't use any water to make this soup. We appreciated its rich flavor!■Home-made bread
They use Hokkaido flour only. I like this soft chewy texture.
■Seven kinds of appetizers
Everything was great, but I liked especially.....
- udo---twelve o'clock direction
- paprika---one o'clock direction
- surf smelt---three o'clock direction
- tomato named "Smile Tomato" with salt jelly---ten o'clock direction
I'd never eaten dandelion leaves like this!!!! All of the vegetables are produced in their own farmland!!! We were impressed with the taste of vegetables :)
■Pasta
They used some seasonable asparagus!
I like tomato source, too!
■Dessert
I liked all of them, but I loved this cherry blossom cake!
It contains salted cherry blossom! I felt the spring time!
Actually cherry blossoms are in full bloom right now in Hokkaido!
We enjoyed chatting each other for a while!
I'll go to the eastern part of Hokkaido next week with my tour guests.
