Look at the Japanese garden! We were able to enjoy this beautiful scenery from our dinner room!
This is a menu for dinner! Looks great, doesn't it? Almost all ingredients are local products in Hokkaido! My tour guests were also excited before eating it! Hahaha!
■Appetizer
There are a lot of delicious thing, but the tomato, flower bean tofu, jyunsai (water shield) were especially wonderful!
Of course, with aperitif!!!
■Soup
The noodle like things are made of fish! The egg tofu is also yummy!

All of them were caught off Hokkaido!
The abalone was caught in Hakodate, the sea urchin in Nemuro, and the sea bream in Muroran!
How sweet the sea urchin and how fresh the abalone is!!! Are we in the heaven???
This flying quid was caught this morning off Hakodate! That's why the texture is very fresh!

This Ikeda beef is very tender, cooked for a long time with red wine. Look at the vegetable! This is field mustard, which tastes very nice and I'm loving it!

■Side dishⅠ
This eggplant and winter melon are cooked just right! We really enjoyed sake with this dish!
■Side dish Ⅱ

King crab is a side dish? We cannot believe it!!!!
■Cool dish
This consomme jelly is topped with soy milk source. The balance is perfect!

This fat greenling was caught in Muroran. The distinctive texture and taste makes us happy!!
■Rice
Unwrap the bamboo leaf and
you will find the delicious bean rice! Yummy x 2!!!

The strawberries were produced in Osyamanbe. This dessert is not too sweet and we can enjoy it after drinking sake!
