Ajidokoro Teppei （味処 てっ平）| Pork Cutlets | Tomakomai （苫小牧）

After enjoying Lake Shikotsu, we went to Tomakomai （苫小牧） to enjoy delicious tonkatsu, or pork cutlets, based on requests from my guests.
This is Ajidokoro Teppei （味処 てっ平）, a very popular tontatsu restaurant in this area↓

I really miss him!!
This is a character of the restaurant! When I lived in the city, we sometimes came here and enjoyed delicious tontatsu!!!

Wow! Wow! Wow!
We visited here a little bit later than lunch hours, but the restaurant was packed with a lot of people!!!!
As I know this is a very popular restaurant, I've already made a reservation for us.....

Look at a perfect set with cutlets of prawn, squid, scallop, fish, and pork fillet.! I really wanted to try everything!!

Using the time they cook, we enjoyed grinding sesames.........

After finishing it,

please pour special tonkatsu sauce like this!

After a while, they served rice and

miso soup, which means here will come tonkatus very soon!!! Hahaha!

This is a set A!!!

The double prawn tonkatsu is yummy x 2!!! So is the fish one!!!

Squid usually becomes chewy when it is heated, but this one is very soft. How do they cook it????

The scallop is caught off this town.
Yes!
Tomakomai city is along the sea coast, and the bay here is famous for scallops and Sakhalin surf clams!!!

This pork fillet tonkatsu is super super recommendable!! You don't have to bite it! The meat is very tender!!! We're sure they use high quality of meat!!!

We had a wonderful lunch time together!!!

They serve "Sakhalin surf clam curry （ホテルオリジナル特製 ホッキカレー）"!!　This city is proud of 30% of national share of Sakhalin surf clams!!! Of course it is No. 1 share in Japan!!!

Yummy x 2 in my tummy!!!

Wagyu Beef Restaurant "Log House BIBI" （和牛レストラン ログハウスびび）| BBQ Restaurant | Tomakomai

Tomakomai, 10 mins away form the New Chitose Airport, is famous for the nature, seafood, and Oji paper Co.

I'll show you a wonderful BBQ restaurant in the city, "Wagyu Beef  Restaurant; Log House BIBI"!

The restaurant is famous for wagyu beef, always serving A4 class wagyu.

The restaurant is next to a calm & crystal clear river; the Bibi river.

If you call the restaurant in advance, you can borrow a canoe free of charge! Why don't you enjoy Hokkaido from the river surface?

We ordered a lunch set, my favorite. The set includes a salad and rice.

This is Sangen pork, a brand pork. I like this tasty pork. Since it is sliced not very thinly, you can enjoy the meat itself! 

The tasty fat is dropping through the plate!!!

This is chicken produced in Nakasatsunai in Hokkaido. The chicken is different from the normal chicken. Plz enjoy tasty and tender chicken with soft texture and deep flavor!

This is wajyu beef (Biratori beef; a brand beef)! I don't have to explain about it. This is the king of beef!

This is very juicy and tender! I eat two plates of wagyu beef :-)

Super delicious! Hahaha!

How about lamb?

Genghis Khan (lamb BBQ) reminds a lot of people of Hokkaido!

In the end of October, a lot of swans came to this area. The restaurant prepares buckets filled with bread for you. It's very enjoyable to feed the swans!

It takes only 10 mins from the New Chitose AP to the restaurant by car.
I recommend this BBQ restaurant!
