Milk Garden （ミルクガーデン）| Dairy Cafe | Ebetsu

In Machimura Farm （町村農場） in Ebetsu, "Milk Garden （ミルクガーデン）", a new dairy cafe, was opened on April 21st, and we visited there this weekend! (Detailed information on Machimura Farm? Please refer to my other post→☆)

Wow! Wow! Wow! Although it is located at the edge of the city, a lot of people are waiting for their delicious sweets and ice cream!!! Let's enter it!

Ice cream and dairy products made by Machimura Farm is very delicious and milky. We looked around the shop and cafe, and found...................

cheese, butter, and............

Look at these!!! they produce unique kinds of cream cheese such as blueberry, black pepper, salami, and Mascarpone cheese flavors. We fully enjoyed trying the samples!! Hahaha! 

Personally I recommend the "Dounut Rusk （ドーナツラスク）"↓ and ...........

the "Yogurt Jam （特製たべるヨーグルト）"↓, which goes well with bread!!!

What should we order for afternoon snacks?

Doughnuts look very yummy!! Actually they are so popular that some of the flavors were already sold out!

Cakes and parfait sounds perfect.......................

After order your desserts, let's go upstairs, and

eat them on the second floor!

This is "Sesame Parfait （ごまパフェ）"!

Have you ever tried their soft ice cream? It is so milky that you may feel you are eating frozen high-quality milk!

This super-delicious ice cream goes well with the cake, rice flour dumping, and cereal, all of which are not too sweet!! Yummy x 2!!!

This sesame sauce is also not too sweet and very recommendable!

How do you like the "Berry Berry Parfait （ベリーベリーパフェ）"?

The two kinds of berries makes the delicious ice cream more appetizing!!!!

Another dessert I ordered is a doughnut with soft ice cream! This freshly deep-fried fluffy doughnut is covered with cream cheese and Gouda cheese.

I ordered soft ice cream on the top!
This doughnut ice cream dessert is so delicious that we should come back here to try other combinations! They serve several kinds of doughnuts and soft ice cream!!!

How about a chocolat doughnut with..............

soft ice cream??? More than perfect!!

If you like cheese cake, you must love the "Unbaked Yogurt Cheese Cake with Soft Ice Cream （ヨーグルトレアチーズケーキソフト）"!!!

From the second floor, we can enjoy rural landscape like this↓ We have still some snow around here, but in May to September, this field will be covered with vivid green grasses and plants!!

DxM | Morihiko's Doughnut Cafe | Sapporo

Morihiko is one of the famous coffee roasters and cafe designers in Sapporo. I visited "DxM", one of his cafes located near Sapporo Factory, specializing doughnuts and coffee.

Everything here is cool! Open the first door, and you will find this menu.

And then open the second door, the fireplace will welcome you! I love this atmosphere!!

What should I order??? Their doughnuts are so delicious that whenever I visit Sapporo Factory (a shopping mall near this cafe), I drop by "DxM".

Let's go upstairs.
There is a looooooooong counter seats like this, and even when you come here alone, you can enjoy the meal comfortably! Time moves very slowly here!

This cafe is very stylish from any angle. This is a pic from the second floor!

I really recommend their coffee!!
However I cannot drink it, and ordered one of the soup! Sorry I cannot show you their delicious coffee!!!

This is borscht, a Russian soup, which contains a lot of vegetables like this. Yummy x 2!!!

This is CABOCHA, a doughnut with soy milk and pumpkin. Very healthy, isn't it??

This is CRIMSON, a doughnut with rhubarb jam.

Have you ever eaten rhubarb?
Rhubarb is a cool season, perennial vegetable, grown for its leafstalks that have a unique tangy taste used for pies and sauces.

Do you smoke?
Don't worry about it. Its smoking room is also fashionable!!

As there are no chatty high school students nor housewives in this cafe, we can spend comfortable time eating delicious doughnuts while drinking tasty coffee here!

I should buy some doughnuts for my family members!

This is JAPONE, a doughnut with tasted soy flour and sweet potatoes!

This is OPERA, a chocolate doughnut. It's really recommendable!!!

This is CASABLANCA, a berry doughnut! They use three kinds of berries for the doughnut!!

This is AMANDA, a standard doughnut! You must try it first!

We can buy their doughnuts at Maruiimai department store, too! When you come to Odori area, please try some of them!

Fuwa Mochi Tei （ふわもち邸）| Bagel/ Doughnut Shop | Sapporo

I really love bagels and doughnuts. Some of my friends recommend this small but delicious shop↓ in a normal residential area, which looks like a typical house, not a shop if there is no signboard. Of course, there are no parking lots for customers.
We cannot reach there without a car navigation system. Sounds like a hiding place, doesn't it? Hahahah!

A small part of the private house is renovated as a shop. It is, I guess, as small as 2m x 2m!

What should I buy? Everything? That's a good idea! Just kidding!

Well, I'll buy some bagels for tomorrow's breakfast! Can I wait until tomorrow? (No, I cannot!)

After all I bought two bagels and two doughnuts.

■Tuna mayonnaise corn (Bagel)

I looooooooooooove it. This bagel is elastic and soft! I asked the owner why it is delicious. He answered, "because we use Hokkaido flour".

Is it the answer? There are a lot of bakery which use the same flour, but this bagel is very special!!!

See? This delicious bagel is filled with my favorite tuna!

■Root vegetable salad (Bagel)

I like burdock root salad! Sounds very delicious to me, but I know some of you have never eaten burdock roots. Come to Japan and try them! The vegetable is rich in vitamin B & E and dietary fibers!

Yummmmmy! The roots and carrots are cut into strips, boiled and mixed with mayonnaise.

■Milk (Doughnut)

It's soft and soft and soft!!

Simple but delicious! I'll buy it next time, too!

■Chocolate chocolate (Doughnut)
If you love chocolate, you must love this doughnut! It's not too sweet. I love it!

It contains chocolate chips inside! I love this soft chewy doughnut!

I instantly got to love the doughnuts and bagels here.If you are interested in this shop, I recommend you to get to there just after it opens at 9:00. The popular item are quickly sold out!

Oh! It has a cafe in Shin-Sapporo area! I have to go!!!  

I'm really happy to find this small but yummy bagel/boughnut shop!
