Ajidokoro Teppei （味処 てっ平）| Pork Cutlets | Tomakomai （苫小牧）

After enjoying Lake Shikotsu, we went to Tomakomai （苫小牧） to enjoy delicious tonkatsu, or pork cutlets, based on requests from my guests.
This is Ajidokoro Teppei （味処 てっ平）, a very popular tontatsu restaurant in this area↓

I really miss him!!
This is a character of the restaurant! When I lived in the city, we sometimes came here and enjoyed delicious tontatsu!!!

Wow! Wow! Wow!
We visited here a little bit later than lunch hours, but the restaurant was packed with a lot of people!!!!
As I know this is a very popular restaurant, I've already made a reservation for us.....

Look at a perfect set with cutlets of prawn, squid, scallop, fish, and pork fillet.! I really wanted to try everything!!

Using the time they cook, we enjoyed grinding sesames.........

After finishing it,

please pour special tonkatsu sauce like this!

After a while, they served rice and

miso soup, which means here will come tonkatus very soon!!! Hahaha!

The double prawn tonkatsu is yummy x 2!!! So is the fish one!!!

Squid usually becomes chewy when it is heated, but this one is very soft. How do they cook it????

The scallop is caught off this town.
Yes!
Tomakomai city is along the sea coast, and the bay here is famous for scallops and Sakhalin surf clams!!!

This pork fillet tonkatsu is super super recommendable!! You don't have to bite it! The meat is very tender!!! We're sure they use high quality of meat!!!

We had a wonderful lunch time together!!!

Boyotei （望羊蹄）| Hamburger Steak Restaurant | Lake Toya

Lake Toya is one of the most popular tourist spots in Hokkaido.
Today I'll show you "Boyotei（望羊蹄）", my favorite restaurant in this area.

I like this comfortable atmosphere! The restaurant is so popular that it is always packed with its fans, some of who come all the way from Sapporo just to eat this hamburger steak on a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery hot plate!!

This is hamburger steak, the most popular item in this restaurant! Other restaurants cannot make delicious sauce like this!

It is HOOOOOOOOOT, juicy and delicious! Be careful not to burn your tongue!

This is pork steak with ketchup sauce, the second popular item in this restaurant (I guess....).

The steak is thick but tender!!!! I love it!!!

I also recommend this salmon steak, too. Toya area is along the Pacific Ocean and famous for seafood such as scallop and salmon.

How juicy it is!

Personally I love their corn soup, which tastes very dense and creamy, too!!

It takes only a few mins from a boarding point for pleasure boats on Lake Toya to this popular restaurant.

Noboribetsu Grand Hotel （登別グランドホテル）②| Meals

I really love hot spring in Noboribetsu, which has as as many as seven kinds of hot spring, and is dubbed as a department store of hot spring!
I'm now staying at the "Noboribetsu Grand Hotel （登別グランドホテル）". After enjoying wonderful onsen or hot spring, we went to a dining room.

It looks like an ordinary hotel buffet, but something different....... Actually I chose this hotel this time because of a special event at the GRAND HALL （グランドホール）.
I'll show it to you later!!!

Hokkaido reminds us of fresh seafood such as king crabs↓

Let's enjoy a local cuisine such as curry ramen, famous in Muroran City↓

Just deep-fried tempura is yummy x 2!!

If you like meat, how about Yongenton （四元豚）,  a brand pork which is a well-marbled meat with high-quality fat?

We can enjoy local chicken steak and .............

juicy beef.

This is my first round. Have you noticed what kind of event is being held at this hotel?

Voila!
The answer is a tuna filleting event （マグロの解体ショー）! How exciting it is!!!

A whole tuna is filleted on the spot!!!! I love the show!!

Fresh tuna is super delicious!!

One of my favorite parts is flesh on the spine （中落ち）↓ 

Of course we enjoyed it three times!

The second, the third round and .................... Hahaha!

Tuna really goes well with EXTRA COLD!!!

I love the special version of ASAHI SUPER DRY (アサヒスーパードライ）, which is kept under 0C!!!

Actually I'm not interested in desserts after drinking, but they serve several kinds.

Japanese Restaurant Kurumaya （日本料理 車屋）| Japanese Restaurant | Sapporo

Actually it  is quite difficult to find restaurants serving delicious shabushabu （しゃぶしゃぶ） during the lunch hours, but I've found a great restaurant in Sapporo.
This is "Japanese Restaurant Kurumaya （日本料理 車屋）".

Located on the 25th floor of ANA Hotel （全日空ホテル） near JR Sapporo Station,

we can enjoy the wonderful cityscape from the restaurant! Lucky us!

They serve almost all kinds of Japanese food such as grilled eels （うなぎのかば焼き）,

tonkatsu （とんかつ）,

and tempura bowl （天丼）. Ops! We ordered several other Japanese dishes although we came here to eat shabushabu only! Hahaha!

Voila!
This is shabushabu!

Look at the beef! How beautiful it is!

The kishimen noodles absorb the yummy yummy beef and vegetable juice, and taste wonderful!!

My guests and I were so happy to have such fantastic lunch today!
