When you come here all the way from Sapporo, you should try "ramen with cabbage kimchi (キャベツキムチらーめん)", which is often featured by TV and magazines!
I personally love their soup, which is made of pork bones, and chicken & duck bones! Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?

I really really love this cabbage kimchi! It is not very spicy, and the cabbages are very sweet!! Actually I bought some kimchi after eating the ramen!
