MISSU HOUSE FUSHIMI MAIN SHOP （ミッシュハウス伏見本店）| Ice Cream & Parfait Cafe | Sapporo

This is one of my favorite gelato parlors in Sapporo, located near Mt. Moiwa.

They have a take-out corner on the first floor, and I recommend..........

"Zenzai monaka （ぜんざいモナカ）", vanilla ice cream with red bean jam! Yummy x 2!

Look at this poster! Their crab ice cream, sunflower seed ice cream, and coffee ice cream got awards in the FOODEX JAPAN2012!
Actually they make more than 10 flavors, and I've tried eight of them! All of them are so delicious that I'm crazy about their ice cream!

We went to the second floor to eat some parfait today!

As it is a sunny day today, we chose terrace seats!

It is always packed with ice cream & parfait lovers like this↓

Let us check the menu! They serve monthly parfait. We must order it of course!!!

How about seasonal limited parfait? We should also order it!! Hahaha!

This is "Lemon berry parfait （レモンベリーパフェ）", available only during the summer time. The raspberry mousse and lemon jelly really go well with the lemon ice cream! Perfect for the summer time!!!

This is "Mango fruit parfait （マンゴフルーツパフェ）", a monthly parfait in August. It is filled with mango, my favorite fruit!!! I really love mango mousse below the delicious milk ice cream!!! Yummy x 2!!

How about "Green tea parfait （抹茶パフェ）"?

Their green tea ice cream taste very creamy, and this is one of my favorite items in this cafe!

Daichan Honpo Kushiro Zangi （大ちゃん本舗 釧路ザンギ）| Fried Chicken Shop | Kushiro

We are now in Kushiro （釧路） in the eastern part of Hokkaido↓

When we arrived in the city, I found this appealing yellow shop behind the station! Let's go!

Daichan Honpo Kushiro Zangi （大ちゃん本舗　釧路ザンギ） serves "Kushiro Zangi （釧路ザンギ）". What is that?

Zangi means fried chicken in Hokkaido, but what's the difference between normal zangi and Kushiro zangi???

This is deep-fried chicken skin, which really goes well with beer! Cheers!

This is Kushiro zangi, which has................

special sauce consist of original spices and Worcester sauce. Yes! This is Kushiro Zangi! Mix the sauce well, and dip it in the yummy rich sauce!!

I recommend this snack when you are a bit hungry at the station!

La libera （ラリベラ）| Italian Restaurant | Obihiro

Obihiro is famous for its pork bowls （豚丼）, but if you want to eat something different, how about "La libera （ラリベラ）", an Italian restaurant?

It takes about 15 minutes from JR Obihiro station to the restaurant on foot.

It is so popular that I recommend you to make a reservation in advance! Well, well, well, let's enter it!

Very comfortable atmosphere, isn't it??

I love the candle on the table, which makes me very relax!

They serve three kinds of courses; 3,700 yen, 5,300 yen, and 7,400 yen, and I ordered the middle one. Actually, I wanted to try the most expensive one, but I didn't know the course is advance order only...............  Anyway, I'll show you the 5,300 yen course, whose ingredients are almost from this area!

■Red Bell Pepper Involtini
This pepper was produced in Nemuro （根室）, eastern part of Hokkaido. When I cut it,...............

tuna salad is wrapped with this colorful vegetable! Looks so cute!

■Deep-fried zucchini
Local scallops are wrapped with the flowers. Yummy x 2!!!

■Ravioli
Tomatoes produced in Otohuke （音更） near Obihiro, is wrapped with this ravioli. The combination of sweet local tomatoes and cheese are perfect!

Of course the bread is homemade! I ordered it twice! Hahaha!

■Gnocchi
Do you know Kitaakari （北あかり）, a variety of potatoes in Hokkaido? The sweeter potatoes go well with this cheese source!

■Grilled sea bream with fresh tomato sauce
The tomatoes taste unbelievably sweet and rich! I love it!

■Grilled duck with cauliflower paste
I recommend it the best among the all dishes! The duck meat produced in Takikawa （滝川） is very juicy, and the cauliflower sauce is perfectly delicious!

■Creme brulee with fresh peach
See!? Every dish is made with local ingredients! The peach tastes very dense and yummy x 2!!

As I don't like coffee, I ordered rose tea.

We had a wonderful time in Obihiro!

FURANO MARCHE （フラノマルシェ）| Food Complex | Furano

If you want to fully enjoy something local in Furano in one place, I recommend "FURANO MARCHE （フラノマルシェ）"↓

It is a new facility with four areas; a farmers market, a sweet cafe, a souvenir shop, and a food court.

This is "HOGAR（オガール）", a farmers market.

Furano is famous for its delicious vegetables and fruits.

This is "SABOR （サボール）", a sweets cafe comoplex. "Bus Stop （ばすすとっぷ）" serves delicious ice cream!

This is tomato sundae, a seasonal product in summer. I really recommend this tomato jam made of local fully-ripened tomatoes.

When you enter this building,

there is also a bakery.

At "Cazeres （カゼール）", a sweets cafe, I recommend Furano melon smoothie during the summer time!!

We had a wonderful time at this patio in the complex!

How about "AREGENT （アルジャン）", a souvenir shop?

I'm sure they have everything produced in Furano such as local sweets and

lavender goods.

Last but not least, we visited "FURADISH （フラディッシュ）", a food court.

As I wanted to try Furano Hamburger, I dropped by "Kitchen Furano （キッチンふらの)".

Their cheese hamburger is very recommendable, but today I ordered...............

"Summer Vegetable Burger （夏、野菜バーガー）" available only in the summer time!

It consists of Furano pork (brand pork), and local summer vegetables! Yummy x 2!!!

Without going to "Furano Cheese Factory （富良野チーズ工房）", you can enjoy their delicious ice cream at "FURANO MARCHE （フラノマルシェ）".

I personally recommend cheese, asparagus, and corn flavors!

Have you ever tried such looooooooong egg rolls?

It is named "Namara Bou （なまら棒）" with several flavors.

Voila!
It is about 50 cm long!!!

The tomato and cheese flavor tastes like pizza!
