"Osteria Crocchio （オステリアクロッキオ ）" is my favorite Italian restaurant, located near the edge of Tanuki Koji shopping arcade ↓

It is a very popular restaurant, and always packed with customers.

They use very seasonable ingredients, and

arrange them with their wonderful sauce!

If you love wine, you must be satisfied with their wine list!
First, we chose "Salaparuta (Grecanico Chardonnay)".

■Oysters with root celery sauce
Plump oysters go well with this very creamy root celery sauce! Yummy x 2!!

■Mackerel Terrine
Pickled mackerel terrine with vegetable is one of their popular dishs, which makes us drink wine like a fish! Hahaha!

■Avocado tartar with shrimps and scallops
This is my favorite! Please order it when you come here!

■Gizzards confit with colorful vegetables
I've never eaten such tender gizzards! Please dip the baguette with this delicious oil sauce! It's very appetizing!!

■Sea urchin pasta

The sea urchin is very fresh, caught off Hokkaido. I love this very creamy sauce!! More than perfect!

"TOKUMITSU COFFEE （徳光珈琲　大通店）" is one of the best coffee specialty shops/ cafes in Sapporo. Its branch is on the 2nd floor of Odori BISSE, and always packed with coffee lovers.

As the cafe is across from Odori park,

we can enjoy the nice view, relax, and go with the gentle flow of time here!

Look at the coffee menu!
We can order our own favorite coffee (the way of roasting, straight or blend..........) depending on the chart........ Perfect!

They serve several delicious desserts, too.

This cheese cake really goes well with fragrant coffee!

How about "affogato"? This is an Italian dessert, espresso poured over vanilla ice cream. Hokkaido is famous for its ice cream. Yummy x 2!!! 

Their coffee jelly is super delicious! I really recommend this coffee jelly parfait!

This coffee is on the 2nd floor of Odori BISSE.

Menya Miyabi （麺や 雅 石狩本店）| Ramen restaurant | Ishikari

"Menya Miyabi （麺や　雅　石狩本店）" is a ramen restaurant, located in Ishikari city, 30 minutes away from Sapporo.

The seat type is selectable, table or tatami seats. As they make ramen at the open kitchen, we can enjoy watching their cooking performance.

Beside the tatami floor, there is a noodle making room.

Their homemade noodles are very delicious and recommendable!

What this ramen restrant makes unique is that we can choose the noodle type; thick, or wavy & thin types.

Look at varieties of ramen! Which should we order???

If you want to order a large helping of noodles, you can choose three additional sizes; half portion more, one portion more, and one and half portion more.

They have original spice, too! Perfect, isn't it? We can customize our own ramen by ourselves!

Here comes bar-shaped pork dumplings, which really suit ramen!

Voila!
This is roasted soy sauce ramen （焼醤油ラーメン）! As soy sauce is roasted on the pan, we can enjoy distinctive aroma!
Personally I recommend their "roast series"!

Thin and wavy noodles are recommendable for say sauce flavored ramen! Yummy x 2!

Char ciu is thinly sliced and very tender!

Their seasoned half boiled eggs are my favorite! Would you like to try it?

We ordered roasted miso ramen （焼味噌ラーメン）, too!
Roasted miso is really appetizing!

I definitely recommend thick noodles for miso ramen! As their thick noodles are one of the thickest noodles in Hokkaido, you must be suprized at the diameter!

Miso ramen also has the same type of egg that soy sauce ramen has♪

Look at the char ciu!
The char ciu is different! It is cut into thick strips so that we can enjoy the pork taste more! I like the concept that the chefs change the kinds or shape of toppings depending on the soup or broth!

The lunch sets on weekdays are very reasonable!
A ramen and a side dish (pork dumping, cury and rice, or char ciu bowl) are only 700 yen or 800 yen! You must go there!

THE KEBAP'S （ザ・ケバブ）| Turkish Restaurant | Sapporo

"THE KEBAP'S （ザ・ケバブ）" is a Turkish restaurant, located near Hokkaido University.

A chef from Istanbul cooks Turkish dishes at reasonable prices. Let's enter it!

Merhaba!!! (which means "Hello" in English)
Personally I've visited Turkey and love Turkish dishes, which can be described as a fusion of Central Asian, Middle Eastern ans Balkan cuisines.  

This is the lunch menu. As I was very hungry, in addition to a lunch set, I ordered another dish ............ Hahaha!

Look at the cocktails. I really recommend RAKI!

RAKI is a Turkish unsweetened, anise-flavored alcoholic drink. Dilution with water causes RAKI to turn a milky-white color like this↓ I enjoyed RAKI almost every day when I visited Turkey last year!

I'm sure kebab is one of the popular Turkish dishes for you..............

Looking at the menu, we were talking about wonderful memories in Turkey.

Here comes my lunch!

I often ate gram soup when I was in Turkey!

This is chicken kebab curry.

Tomato based curry is topped with Turkish pilaf. I love this roasted chicken kebab!

Yes! Turkish salad should be with olives! The country produces delicious olives!

Look at the spiced lamb! How huge it is! How tasty it is! How hot it is! Hahaha!

I put a toothpick beside the kebab so that you can recognize how gigantic the dish is!

Actually I love mackerel sandwich. 

Me : "Why is there no mackerel sandwich in your menu?" 

Chef: "We cannot get Turkish bread (like soft French bread) in Sapporo."

Me: "Why don't you order soft French bread at ◎◎ bakery?"

Finally he promised he will add my favorite Turkish dish to their menu! 

Yeah!
