Cafe Blanc （カフェブラン）| Sapporo

We visited "Cafe Blanc （カフェブラン）", a fashionable cafe, on the foot of Mt. Moiwa (see the details→★） with my tour guests from Singapore↓

They serve delicious cakes as well as pasta, sandwiches, and quiche....... Sounds wonderful♪

I really love this cozy and cute cafe!!!! I hope my guests love it, too!!

This is "White Cream Pasta （ホワイトクリームパスタ）", which comes with its home-made bread. Yummy x 2!!!

This is "Tomato Cream Pasta （トマトクリームパスタ）". The pasta set also comes with salad, and you can choose your favorite dressing.

The dessert time!!!
I really love their pancakes. Today I ordered "Berry Berry". Do you want to take a bit? Hahaha!

How about "Orange and Chocolat"? If you don't know which you should order, I recommend you to order both of them! Perfect!

Don't forget "Mille Crepe"!!
It is not so sweet that you can eat it up even after eating another dessert!

This area has a lot of fashionable cafes serving yummy desserts. I really recommend you to visit one of them after enjoying Mt. Moiwa （藻岩山）.

Kemukarou （燻製茶房 燻香廊）| Smoked Food Cafe/ Restaurant | Yoichi

After enjoying "Nanpo Tometaro Shoten/ Kunseiya （南保留太郎商店 燻製屋）"(click here→☆）, a very popular smoked food shop in Yoichi （余市）, we visited "Kemukarou （燻製茶房　燻香廊）" next to the shop↓

Yes! We can enjoy various kinds of dishes and desserts, cooked with smoked food sold in "Nanpo Tometaro Shoten/ Kunseiya （南保留太郎商店 燻製屋）"(click here→☆）.

Actually we were the last ones who could eat lunch in the restaurant that day! Lucky us!!
Which should we order????

I love old folk house restaurants!!

We felt very comfortable and relaxed......

Voila!
Here comes salad and bread↓

Look at the salad↓ including smoked salmon and smoked tofu!! Wow! Wow! Wow! The tofu tastes like cheese!!

This is my main↓　"Smoked chicken and bacon with orange sauce （スモークチキンとベーコンのオレンジソース煮）" is wonderful! Don't you think smoked food goes well with sour orange sauce??

The bacon tastes very rich. Yummy x 2!!

I'm crazy about chicken recently......  It's so tender that I didn't have to use a knife........ Hahaha!!!

This is my dessert↓　It looks like normal cheese cake, but actually it is smoked pumpkin cheese cake （かぼちゃ燻製のチーズケーキ）!!! We can enjoy smoke flavor and sweet pumpkin at the same time!

Don't forget the smoked coffee （アイススモークコーヒー）↓
First drink the bubbles directly, and then drink the rest with a straw! I really recommend this iced coffee!!

We had a wonderful lunch time here!

Marché Yamahana （マルシェ山花）| Chiffon Cakes & Fresh Vegetables | Kushiro

We came to Kushiro （釧路）, which is famous for red crested cranes! This is a cafe that I had wanted to drop by for a long time......

"Marché Yamahana （マルシェ山花）" consists of two areas; Farmer's Market and ............

 a chiffon cafe. I order a monthly special! Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?

I love this cozy atmosphere!

Voila!
This is "green tea and azuki red been chiffon （抹茶あずき）".

They use green tea produced in Oyama Fram at Uji （宇治抹茶小山園）.

Fluffy x 2!! And it is very fragrant!!! I love green tea!

Of course I recommend their standard chiffon↓

Especially "Quarter （クォーター）", which has four kinds of standard chiffon; pumpkin, vanilla, coco chocolate, and sesame!

This cafe is near "Kushiro city zoo （釧路市動物園）" and "Japanese Crane Reserve （釧路市丹頂鶴自然公園）".

CAFE if （イフ）| Niseko/ Kucchan

Hirahu （ヒラフ） in Niseko has a lot of attractive cafes. How about "CAFE if （イフ）"?

Located in Jyujigai （十字街）, the center of Hurahu, this cafe is very soothing, and you may feel as if you were in the forest!

Let's enter it!

The most popular cake here is apple cake with fresh mascarpone cheese （スペイン風りんごのフレッシュチーズケーキ）.
I really wanted to order it, but unfortunately home-made apple compote in this season was gone the other day.......(I was so shocked!!) Well, well, well, I have to wait until September!!!
Instead of my favorite cake, I ordered .................

"Fresh cheese cake with blueberries and raspberries （ブルーベリーとラズベリーのフレッシュチーズケーキ）"↓ As  mascarpone cheese is whipped after being ordered, this is very very creamy!!! I love it!

The whipped cheese is not too sweet, and we can enjoy the high-quality of ingredients from the bottom of our heart! This is one of the best cheese cakes in Hokkaido!

I love Niseko not only in winter, but also in summer!!!

YS↑O2 （ワイエスオーツー）| Cafe Restaurant | Sapporo

"YS↑O2 （ワイエスオーツー）" is a small cozy restaurant located in Odori, Sapporo.
Actually it is difficult to find homely restaurants serving nutritionally-balanced meals at reasonable prices in the downtown area, where we can relax even without alcohol at night. I really recommend "YS↑O2 （ワイエスオーツー）"↓

The white walls and carefully-chosen ornaments make us feel comfortable. The owner is so friendly that you may feel as if you were at home with your family members.

Beside a menu book, they have a special menu↓

One of them is a "chicken and egg bowl", whose chickens are raised in an open yard, not an indoor farm. They stick to healthy ingredients.

I ordered a "dinner plate" with meat and a lot of vegetables! The main and side dishes are depending on the day.

Voila!
This is a "dinner plate".

The set includes small side dishes such as "namul (seasoned vegetables)" and "herb chicken". We, especially women, want to eat several kinds of small-portion side dishes with a big portion of main, right?

The minestrone has a lot of vegetable. Very nutritious, isn't it?

This rice is "Nanatuboshi （ななつぼし）", brand rice produced in Hokkaido. Their selection of ingredients is wonderful! We can have extra-large helping! Hahaha!

This is the main!

The grilled pork is covered with a lot of melted cheese and tomato olive sauce. Yummy x 2!!!

The plate has fresh green salad and..............

Grilled lotus roots are laid under the meat. Root vegetables can keep our body warm and be a perfect food especially during the winter time!

The sauce and cheese go well with this thick grilled pork!

This plate is only 1,000 yen!

I love this reasonable restaurant serving very healthy meals!

The set comes with the three kinds of appetizer↓

We can enjoy home-made focaccia as much as possible! Yes! The set comes with all we can eat focaccia!!! Wow! Wow! Wow!

In addition to that, we can order a large-portion pasta without any additional charge!!!! Perfect lunch, isn't it?

P.S.

They use milk directly purchased  from dairy farmers. I recommend their desserts, too.
